Registration & Tickets

How do I register for an event?

Visit the event page and click "Get Tickets". Select your ticket type, fill in your details across the registration steps, and confirm your submission. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration code.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, contact the event host directly using the email address listed on the event page. Make sure you completed all steps of the registration form and saw the confirmation screen.

Can I register on behalf of someone else?

For individual tickets (free or paid), registration is personal — you must register using your own details. If you are registering a team, you can add other members during the team step; their names and contact details will be collected as part of that process.

What is a team ticket?

A team ticket allows you to register a group under one submission. You will be asked to add team member names and emails, and designate a team leader. The team leader will be the primary point of contact for the registration.

Payment

How do I complete payment for a paid ticket?

After submitting your registration, you will be shown payment instructions — either a QR code to scan or bank transfer details. Use your registration code as the payment reference. Your spot is held for 48 hours pending payment confirmation.

I made a payment but my registration still shows as "pending". What should I do?

Payment confirmation may take up to 12 hours to reflect. If your registration remains pending beyond that, please contact the event host directly with your registration code and proof of payment (screenshot or bank slip).

Are there refunds?

Refund policies are set by the event host. Please contact the host directly using the email listed on the event page to request a refund. SparkHub Ticketing does not process refunds on behalf of hosts.

I used the wrong payment reference. What should I do?

Contact the event host as soon as possible with your registration code, the correct reference you used, and your payment receipt. The host will reconcile the payment manually.

Check-in & Attendance

How do I check in at the event?

Show the QR code from your confirmation email or your registration code at the event entrance. Event staff will scan or verify your code to complete check-in.

I lost my confirmation email. How do I retrieve my registration code?

Contact the event host with the name and email address used during registration. They can look up your registration and resend your details.

Waitlist

I am on the waitlist. What happens next?

If a registered spot becomes available, you will automatically be moved from the waitlist to confirmed and notified by email. No further action is needed on your part.

Can I remove myself from a waitlist?

Please contact the event host directly to be removed from the waitlist.
